That conversation is where the exact figures come from, and where you can ask what happens to your data if you leave.

The audit ceiling

What the limit actually counts.

The ceiling counts what the firm has put into the system, not what is currently open. A finished audit still holds its place, because it is still your work sitting in the product and we will not ask you to delete it to make room. Reach the ceiling mid-season and we will lift it on your account.
